Return Process

  Log into your EIO account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure you are eligible for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
